Throughout the remaining sessions, Sheri will work with you on positive change, chart progress and help you to reach your goal. You will be taught techniques to practice both in and out of the hypnotic state to best suit your desire for change.
With your completion of 4 sessions Sheri will create a voice recording with personal affirmations learned through discussions with you to keep you on track. Listen to the recording in the evening before sleep and in the morning before starting the day when you are in a relaxed state.
