Recordings for Positive Change.
Each month I will be dropping a complimentary hypnotherapy audio for you to listen to. These recordings will touch on variety of issues my clients come to me looking to change.
Listen to the recording in a relaxed state in a quiet place either sitting or lying down where you will not be disturbed. I suggest to take a few deep breaths and focus in on listening to the recordings in the morning before bed without distractions…or in the evening before bed. The more you listen you may start to notice more and more subtle and some outright big changes in your emotions, feelings and behaviors.
If you have an issue you would like to go into more in depth with on a personal level please set up an initial hypnotherapy consultation. The one on one sessions are meant to help you in very specific ways using SMART goals we work on together. In our sessions I will guide you through the process of hypnotherapy using your specific and personal changes you are striving for. Each session we will deal with one issue at a time and can build trust as we go to make other step by step changes you want to work on.
