Sound Healing with Meditative Movement

Sheri brings the Crystal Singing Bowls to your Home or Business for up to 10 guests. We start off with a gentle moving meditation to get out the kinks from the day. You may notice your mind feeling more and more relaxed as your cares melt away with each step. Afterwards we will sink into our yoga mats and enjoy a deeply relaxed state and let the sounds of crystal singing bowls take you away to a mini vacation. The various frequencies help you release what no longer serves you and come back to homeostasis and natural bliss!
